SMS Terms & Conditions
Healthier Mississippi Collaborative
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Program Description
By opting in through a website form or another method that expressly requests your SMS consent, you agree to receive text messages from Healthier Mississippi Collaborative (“HMC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Messages may include responses to inquiries, conversations with our team, recruiting and job opportunity communications, application updates, interview scheduling and reminders, and related follow-up, consistent with the consent you provide.
Consent
SMS participation is voluntary. Providing your telephone number alone does not enroll you in our SMS program. You must expressly opt in. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services, submitting a job application, or being considered for employment.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on your interactions with our team and the communications you request.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging plan and charges.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages through the SMS program unless you opt in again.
How to Get Help
For assistance, reply HELP, visit our contact page, email recruiting@healthier.ms, or call (601) 984-4460.
Privacy
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers may process mobile telephone numbers and message content solely as needed to deliver and support HMC’s SMS program. They are not permitted to use this information for their own marketing or obtain independent messaging consent from your opt-in.
Read our Privacy Policy. These SMS Terms & Conditions govern our SMS program.
Delivery and Telephone Number Changes
Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must provide a telephone number that you own or are authorized to use. If you change or give up that number, opt out or contact us so we can update our records.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. If a change requires additional notice or renewed consent, we will provide notice or obtain consent as required by applicable law.
